Shipping
Our shipping fees are based on weight and on how quickly you want your order delivered.
The following chart is for an estimate only. To calculate exact
shipping charges, place the item in your cart and then begin the
checkout process. Enter your shipping address and choose the type of
service. The shipping charge will show on the next screen before you
enter any of your credit card or billing information. Domestic orders over $75 will receive free shipping.

When will I receive my
package?
We generally ship items within one business day of when you place the
order. At times it may take up to three business days depending on
availability of the item, the time you place the order, and credit
verification. If you choose USPS Express Mail, the
package will arrive one or two business days after it is
shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that once
the order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify the order due to
processing activities that start immediately.
Payments Accepted
Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express credit cards are
accepted using our secure server. We also accept PayPal. PayPal
members can use a credit card or checking account to fund payments at
Eco Zen Boutique.
Credit Card Validation and Your Order
For your security and our verification of your credit card transaction, your credit card is verified with a 2 point security check before your order is approved for processing. This means that our system verifies that the billing information for your credit card matches exactly with
the billing information your credit card bank has on file for your card. In addition to billing information verification, we check that the 3 digit code security code you give us is confirmed by your credit card company. All of this is done when you enter your order. If the information you provide does not match your credit card bank's
information on file we can not process your order and will contact you to reconfirm your contact information. If, after contacting you, the information remains unmatched by your credit card bank we will not be able to process your order with a credit card. If you would like to proceed with your order at this point we will only be able to accept a
bank check or money order as payment.
Undelivered Packages
We send all of our domestic orders with tracking to ensure that their arrival is trackable and confirmed. If you do not receive your order and we can not track its arrival to your shipping address via USPS we will gladly send you another shipment at no additional cost to ensure you receive your order. If the tracking for your order has been
confirmed by USPS as being delivered to the address you provided for shipping purposes we will not replace/reship the package at no additonal cost. No exceptions.
Back Ordered Products
Occasionally
orders for products in extremely high demand will be on back order when
your order is filled. If the item may not be
available for shipping within three business days of order placement,
we will notify you as soon as possible after you place the order. You
will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the order.
Exchanges
We are happy
to exchange an item that you purchased for any other item up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If there is a price difference we will charge your card for the
difference if the new item is more expensive. If the new exchanged item
is less expensive than the original we will credit your credit card or
Paypal account the difference. There are no additional shipping charges
for the exchanged item to be sent back to you First Class mail. If you
require Priority Mail shipping standard shipping charges apply. We do
not accept exchanges over 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns
We
offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products purchased
off our website if you are unhappy for any reason. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase return the product and
receipt within 30 days of the purchase. Please return
the undesired, incorrect or damaged items immediately to ensure a
timely refund. All refunds will be credited in the form that the
payment was received. For example: if you purchased the product by a
specific credit card your refund will be return to that card, Paypal
to Paypal, etc.
Right of Refusal
We
reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individuals or business at
any time and for any reason. Also, due to high levels of internet
credit card fraud, we reserve the right to reject any order at any time
that we deem suspicious.
Typographical Errors
In the case that a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical
error, Eco Zen Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
for the product. Business Hours
Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm PST, excluding United States federal
holidays. On occasion we are out of the office or all our customer
service phone lines are busy. If you experience this please leave a
message with customer service or e-mail us via our contact page and we will respond to your inquiry.
Notification of Store Policy Changes
We reserve the right to revise our Store Policies and Privacy Policies
as needed. Any changes or revisions to the policies
will be posted here. We reserve the right to make changes at any time
without notifying you, the customer. We suggest that you periodically
consult this Privacy Policy. Please note that our rights to use your
personally identifiable information will be based on the privacy policy
in effect at the time the information is used.
